Sorry, no SMS post today. I was really looking forward to making the Strawberry Shortcakes from the Sweet Melissa Baking Book, but due to a bad cold on my part, and some serious oral surgery for my boyfriend, I will have to pass this week. :( I hope to make it up soon, though! There will probably be a post later of some of the things I have made in the past few days, though.

I've actually made similar ones inspired by Joy the Baker, too. Though good they didn't really remind me of s'mores. It probably didn't help that I used a box mix.
